There’s a certain magic to this stretch of shoreline—where the woods meet the lake, and everything slows down just enough to feel it all.
My favorite thing about this spot is bringing people down to the beach and watching them take it in for the first time. The hush of the waves, the vastness of the horizon, the cool weight of the air – it’s the kind of place that pulls you out of your head and drops you right into the moment. You can just feel yourself here.

That’s what made this session so special. We didn’t overthink. We didn’t stage. We simply let the love unfold, and it did—effortlessly.
Barefoot and windswept, wrapped in laughter and quiet touches, these two moved through the shoreline like it was their own private world. The kind of session where nothing feels performative and everything feels true. And that blue hour glow? Chef’s kiss. Every time.

There’s a deep joy in photographing couples in a space like this—where the environment invites authenticity and connection. It’s not just about pretty photos (though it definitely gives those). It’s about watching love show up raw and real, in the pauses and the playfulness and the in-between moments.
This is why I do what I do.
This is what I want every session to feel like.
